A. Describe the organization or the individual you are aiming to serve and how their work aligns with the remit of OTF Rapid Response. If possible, include their name and the country they are based in.

B. Detail the specific risks and threats alongside the circumstances that define this as a digital emergency. If this is an ongoing proactive rapid response initiative, explain the rationale behind anticipating a digital emergency.

Describe your assessment of the case by explaining the following: 1) Specific risks and threats explanation 2) Explain whether this is ongoing or not 3) If yes, why this is digital emergency now

C. List the services you intend to deliver. The services should be listed as they are listed within your contract and elaborate on the details.

Guiding questions: Are there other existing efforts similar to what you are proposing in the country/region you are applying for? Does your work build on their work? What makes your approach different? What steps will the applicant take to minimize any ethical concerns associated with the proposed project? For example, what is your effort to avoid parachute type training?

A. Describe the importance of the services you intend to provide for the rapid response fund? If you are planning to travel to a conference, elaborate on why it is important for the fund and the audience you serve.

C. List the budget breakdown. List items from the price list clearly as they are listed within your contract. If this is a travel request ensure the following is provided in USD: flights, lodging and allowance.

NOTE: All flights need to comply by the Fly America Act. All air travel are required to use a "U.S. flag" air carrier service. This does not apply to trains or other methods of transportation. For each flight- provide price and include outbound and return destination. Per diem is an allowance allocated by the US government for lodging, meals, and incidental expenses.
